How long does it take to process a Flex?

Flex requests are processed Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern Time. It usually takes 2 business days after you’ve submitted all the documents.

There are times when there's a sudden rise in applications in which case it has taken us up to 5 working days.
